Position Overview Our client, an American company specializing in coatings in a wide variety of industrial applications, materials and sectors, including automotive paints is seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month contract. The Project Manager is responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and controlling small to medium complexity projects related to new product development, cost reduction, and industrialization. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, a manufacturing background, and a drive to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic, global environment. Core Responsibilities Manage small to medium complexity and risk-level projects from initiation through completion. Lead new product, process, and cost-reduction initiatives, ensuring achievement of quality, timing, and cost targets. Lead cross-functional project teams and interface with internal departments to maintain project alignment and timely execution. Partner with customers to ensure projects meet defined requirements and expectations. Ensure effective coordination, prioritization, and communication of project objectives and milestones. Drive execution excellence by utilizing standardized project management tools and adhering to internal processes and compliance standards. Additional Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador of project management across the global organization. Share project management knowledge, tools, and best practices with internal teams. Benchmark and promote continuous improvement of internal project management processes.
