Job Title: HVAC Services Administrative Assistant (40 hours per week) Duration: 3 Months (Possibility of an extension) Pay Rate:$29/Hour Location: Cypress, CA Our client, a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings is seeking an HVAC Services Admin Assistant to join their team. This would be an onsite role in their office in Cypress, CA. This role will initially be 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension. The pay rate is $29/hour. What You Will Do: As the HVAC Services Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our service team by ensuring quote accuracy and timely communication. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing expired quotes within our database to determine necessary follow-up actions. Communicating with quote owners to confirm the current status of quotes (valid or expired). Updating quote pricing as needed and submitting revised quotes for internal approval. Distributing finalized quotes either directly to customers or to the appropriate internal contacts for delivery. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize workload. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with both internal team members and external customers.
