Responsibilities · Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing strategic guidance, and fostering long-term relationships. · Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and project teams. Coordinate project execution, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. · Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including consultants, analysts, and subject-matter experts. Provide direction, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure project success. · Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology, to optimize project delivery and meet client expectations. · Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project outcomes and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. · Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and adhere to industry standards and best practices. · Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability by managing project scope, resource utilization, and invoicing processes. · Business Development: Identify opportunities for expanding client engagements and generating new business. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals, pitch services to potential clients, and contribute to business development efforts. · Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and knowledge sharing across projects and teams.
