Bilingual Warehouse Associate (Spanish Required) Location: Irving, TX 75063 Pay Rate: $18.05 per hour Start Date: ASAP Employer: AppleOne Staffing (Hiring On Behalf of Client) AppleOne Staffing is currently seeking reliable and bilingual Warehouse Associates for a long-term opportunity in Irving, TX. This role supports warehouse operations including picking, replenishment, cycle counting, and quality control. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish. Schedule: • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM • One day off during the week Position Summary: The Warehouse Associate will be trained in multiple warehouse functions such as replenishment, order picking, cycle counting, and quality checking. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, teamwork, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: -Replenish inventory by moving correct SKU numbers and quantities to the pick line -Perform order picking with high accuracy to support a 99.9% shipping accuracy rate -Complete cycle counts accurately and on time to maintain proper inventory levels -Conduct QC checks following specific procedures to ensure accurate customer shipments -Assist with general housekeeping tasks such as emptying dumpsters, removing debris, and using floor scrubbers -Maintain awareness of safety concerns and report issues immediately to a supervisor -Perform any additional warehouse tasks for which you are trained and qualified -Maintain dependable attendance (less than 4 sick days and fewer than 7 late arrivals per year) Requirements: -High school diploma or GED required -Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, and speak) -Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus but not required -Ability to follow written and verbal instructions -Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment -Strong attention to detail and accuracy If you’re dependable, bilingual, and ready to start immediately, apply today for fast consideration with AppleOne Staffing.
