We’re excited to share a full-time Administrative Assistant opportunity with a professional, office-based organization that values teamwork, accuracy, and a positive, can-do attitude! We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys keeping daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll prepare monthly reports, process invoices and office paperwork, assist with customer purchase orders, coordinate shipping documentation, maintain office supply inventory, support vendor communication, and help with event planning. You’ll also provide document review support and handle various administrative tasks that keep the office organized and efficient. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, Microsoft Office proficiency, and excellent communication are essential—and while bilingual skills are not required, Japanese communication skills are a BIG plus, along with any other language abilities.
