Vice President, Channel Marketing & Programs Role Overview The Vice President, Channel Marketing & Programs at Appfire will be responsible for defining and executing the global channel marketing and partner program strategy to accelerate pipeline growth, increase partner engagement, and drive measurable revenue impact. This leader owns partner demand generation, program strategy and operations, enablement, communications, and insights-working cross-functionally with teams across Channel, Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Data Insights to deliver high-performing demand gen and incentive programs. This role combines strategic vision with operational rigor and people leadership, ensuring programs are aligned to regional priorities, partner maturity, and company growth objectives. What you will do: Partner Demand Generation Planning • Define partner inclusion in demand generation strategies aligned to regional and global priorities and partner earned status • Identify and manage partners for campaign inclusion opportunities across core marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Demand Generation team • Bring forward and evaluate sponsorship and co-marketing opportunities • Establish KPIs, success criteria, and ROI measurement frameworks for partner demand initiatives and ensure lead follow up actions for lead management Partner Program Management • Lead the strategy and execution of partner programs, including campaigns, incentives, activations, and in-quarter pipeline acceleration initiatives • Oversee partner onboarding and support • Ensure alignment with global partner program frameworks and tiering models • Continuously evolve programs based on performance, partner feedback, and business priorities • Manage annual planning across functions for programmatic changes, partner leveling, performance reporting and communications to drive performance across our partner community • Work closely with the GTM leader for Channel & Sales to ensure the Appfire Program contribution is in line with route expectations on an annual basis Partner Program Operations • Own tracking of partner participation, performance, and annual re-leveling and modeling • Ensure operational excellence across programmatic reporting, contracting, and compliance in collaboration with finance and legal teammates • Oversee partner program frameworks and offerings align to partner type • Partner closely with Channel and Legal to ensure scalable, repeatable program operations Channel Enablement • Lead creation of partner-facing assets, presentations, and events tailored by partner type and maturity • Develop consistent partner messaging frameworks across regions and partner segments • Create seller-facing enablement content, presentations, and events to support partner-led motions • Ensure alignment of partner and seller messaging to drive clarity, adoption, and execution • Work closely with Tech Comms team to leverage training assets and content to enable partners on the Appfire portfolio Partner Survey & Insights • Work with the Customer Experience team to design, deploy, and manage partner surveys to capture sentiment, feedback, and program effectiveness • Analyze and synthesize insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities • Share actionable insights with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Channel leadership • Drive action plans and program improvements based on survey outcomes and feedback loops Partner Communications • Own partner marketing calendars, announcements, and go-to-market communications • Develop campaign toolkits, playbooks, and execution guides for partners • Deliver regular partner updates through newsletters, briefings, and forums • Establish feedback loops and escalation management processes • Oversee Partner Portal content strategy, updates, and ongoing optimization What you will need: • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, channel marketing, or partner programs, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles • Proven experience building and scaling global partner programs and channel marketing motions • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across regions • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and senior stakeholders • Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through partner ecosystems • Deep understanding of systems, data governance, and compliance requirements for program management in global use cases • Experience working with multi-tiered partner ecosystems and partner types (resellers, solution providers, GSIs etc.) What do we offer: • Base compensation, bonus and equity (stock options) • 401(k) Matching Component. • Access to the Appfire University learning platform - a hub of knowledge, interactive resources, and engaging instructor-led courses designed to fuel your learning journey with unparalleled depth and accessibility. • 10 paid holidays + Flexible PTO - no set number of days that you must take in a year. • 100% company-paid health insurance. • 50/50 split dental and vision insurance. • 24 hours of paid time off to participate in Appfire's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program. • Flexible Spending Accounts. • Mobile phone and Internet stipend. #LI-Remote
