Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for account growth and propose solutions to clients that align with their goals. Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to ensure clients are receiving maximum value from our services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver seamless service to clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback, addressing them promptly and effectively. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant insights and recommendations. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in account management or a customer-facing role, preferably in the tech or data industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Analytical mindset, with experience in interpreting data and metrics to drive business decisions. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
