Position: Customer Service Representative Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you are a direct point of contact for any patient, care giver, referral source that contacts Apparo either in person, over the telephone or via the internet, to provide equipment and/or services. A CSR is to receive, qualify, and process, all customer orders in a timely, efficient, accurate, and courteous manner. A CSR is often involved in investigating and responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, deliveries, and other customer concerns. Fast paced environment answering inbound phones and making outbound calls. Process new orders and ensure completion and patient satisfaction from initiation to delivery. Work closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and implement corrective action via the proper team members and departments. Recommend potential products or services to healthcare providers and patients Coordinate with Sales team to obtain complete and accurate documentation based on insurance requirements. Greet and wait on walk in customers Qualifications: Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required. Related experience in an office environment, medical environment is preferred. Good organizational skills. Strong customer relations and problem-solving abilities. Strong phone skills. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to multi-task effectively. Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone and electronically. Microsoft Office programs. Basic printing/faxing/scanning.
