This leader will own the stability, security, and scalability of enterprise technology supporting multi-site manufacturing and office operations. This position blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You will lead enterprise infrastructure (networks, cloud connectivity, secure access), oversee cybersecurity programs aligned to NIST, and act as a trusted partner to plant operations and business leaders. Desired Skills And Experience 7+ years in IT infrastructure; experience across distributed or hybrid environments Deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise (M365, tenant management; Copilot exposure ideal) Working knowledge of manufacturing systems and network integration Cybersecurity leadership experience (policy, incident response, audits, remediation) Ability to lead small teams, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives
