RN Manager (Clinical Lead)- Remote Arizona M-F 8 am to 4pm 85k to 95k (DOE) Primary focus: Clinical oversight, quality, provider liaison, complex case management (limited direct panel) • Clinical leadership: protocols, escalation pathways, safety reviews, incident management. • Care plan governance: initial plans for high-risk pts; signoff on plans/updates; complex med rec, titration per protocol/MD order. • Supervision & QA: LPN/Coach coaching, chart reviews, documentation/audit, minutes validation for CCM billing. • Provider coordination: secure messaging, SBAR handoffs, results follow up. • Program Operations: huddles, caseload balancing, training, new-hire competency sign-offs, metrics/OKRs. • Direct patient work (Selected): high-risk outreach, post discharge calls, difficult adherence cases, shared decision-making. • Typical Direct care time 20-30% of FTE (remainder is leadership/QA) Required: RN License in the state of AZ Chronic Care Management Case Management Population Health experience Company DescriptionAPN Staffing and Employment Solutions is a recruiting firm specialized in working with clients and candidates in the healthcare and automotive industry.
