Role Overview: As a Customer Service / Order Entry specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing and delivering exceptional customer support. This hybrid role requires you to work onsite three days a week and remotely for two days, providing flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with the team. What You'll Do: - You will accurately enter and process customer orders in the system. - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information. - You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and issues. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will assist in managing order schedules and tracking shipments. - You will support the Customer Service Support Center by handling reactive planning tasks. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all order processing activities. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or order entry roles. - You have strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and order management software. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a flexible schedule. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with ServiceMax or similar field service management software. - Knowledge of reactive planning and supply chain processes. - Previous experience in a hybrid work setting. - Additional language skills to support diverse customer bases.
