About the Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operations Team Leader to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving workforce excellence, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will lead a team of full-time employees, oversee logistics activities, and maintain the integrity of both facility and inventory. 💰 Compensation: $16–$26 per hour (based on experience) 📍 Job Type: Full-time 📦 Locations: We have opportunities across multiple locations throughout the state. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of full-time employees, covering staffing, training, professional development, retention, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions. Propel workforce excellence through innovative performance and productivity strategies, while providing fair feedback, coaching, and counseling. Direct warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with workflows, safety standards, and accurate scheduling. Manage employee time-off scheduling to minimize operational disruptions. Generate and distribute key reports to support daily operations. Deliver superior customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Safeguard facility security and maintain inventory accuracy. Basic Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in logistics or warehouse management. Strong leadership, influence, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities. Fluency in both English and Mandarin. Preferred Qualifications Proven success in employee development and retention strategies. Experience managing fast-paced warehouse or logistics environments.
