About Job At Apkudo, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Device Passport product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and roadmap, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders across the supply chain, logistics, and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Device Passport as the system of record for device-level data across the full lifecycle, from intake and inspection through repair, resale, and recycling. Skills & Qualification 7+ years of product management experience, with ownership of data-heavy or platform products, with a proven ability to ship meaningful platform capabilities in fast-paced environments. Strong data framework expertise, with hands-on experience defining data models, schemas, taxonomies, and event-based systems at scale. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or lifecycle systems, with a background in areas such as warehousing, reverse logistics, asset tracking, ERP, or quality systems. Platform and systems thinking mindset, with experience building foundational capabilities used across multiple products and teams. Technical fluency, with comfort working with APIs, backend services, databases, and analytics systems, and the ability to partner deeply with engineers. Clear and structured communicator, with the ability to align executives, engineers, and external partners around complex data concepts. Bias toward impact and execution, with a proven track record of driving execution and delivery in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities Own the Device Passport product vision and roadmap, defining and evolving Apkudo’s Device Passport as the system of record for device-level data across the full lifecycle. Design and govern core data frameworks, owning the data models, schemas, taxonomies, and canonical definitions that underpin Device Passport. Drive data quality, consistency, and trust, defining standards for data validation, versioning, lineage, and auditability to support operational decisions, compliance, and monetization. Partner closely with supply chain, logistics, and operations stakeholders, translating real-world device flows into scalable digital representations and integrating regulatory and compliance requirements. Collaborate with customers and partners, working directly with OEMs, carriers, and ecosystem partners to understand data needs, align schemas, and enable adoption. Drive execution and delivery, leading discovery, PRDs, prioritization, and delivery in close collaboration with Engineering, Data, and Design teams.
