About Job The Operations Manager - North America will be responsible for the regional site and remote operations, maximizing the efficiency and productivity of the team. This role ensures that teams deliver Apkudo's commitments to our customers on time and to an acceptable standard. They will have direct line responsibility for the on-site and remote support engineers and work closely with the Commercial Teams (Sales/Account Management) to support their efforts to grow the business with the existing clients. This role requires a strong leader to oversee the day-to-day operations, drive business growth, and develop high-performing teams. The Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of business objectives. Skills & Qualification • BA/BS in Business, Management, or a relevant field, with MS or MBA a plus • 7+ years of experience in Technical Delivery and/or Operational Management, with 3+ years in the mobile/connected device, consumer electronics reverse logistics, and/or SaaS industries preferred • Proven experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership • Demonstrated success in managing planning, project reviews, scheduling, and budgets • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think clearly, analyze, problem-solve, scope requirements, and prioritize • Sound business judgment with the proven ability to influence others positively • Strong analytical thinking skills, with high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy to drive business growth, efficiency, and productivity • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Apkudo's commitments to customers on time and to an acceptable standard • Drive business priorities within the deployment, understanding and aligning with customer needs and Apkudo's platform capabilities • Collaborate with client Program Management within Apkudo, driving Requirements Management with the Apkudo Account and Product teams • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing sprint KPIs, and removing tactical impediments to drive issue resolution • Track and drive P&L for assigned product/customer deployment, with support from Apkudo Financial and Account teams • Define KPIs for tracking operational and financial performance, planning the overall project plan, and monitoring progress • Schedule and manage maintenance windows, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Commercial Teams, client Program Management, and cross-functional teams • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Apkudo's policies and procedures PI277630372
