Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Customer Support with Admin position located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will provide customer support, resolve inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and address technical issues as needed. Day-to-day tasks will include effectively communicating with clients, managing customer feedback, and collaborating with other team members to provide seamless service and administrative assistance. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining thorough documentation and addressing operational needs as they arise. Qualifications • Proven experience in Customer Support with strong Interpersonal Skills and a client-focused approach • Ability to resolve issues, ensure Customer Satisfaction, and build positive client relationships • Proficiency in Technical Support with the ability to assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve customer-related processes and service • Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational capabilities • Proficiency in using relevant customer service and administrative tools or platforms • Previous experience in an administrative support role is a plus pay rate: $17.85 ph. on w2 without benefits.
