Position: System Analyst Team: Enterprise Fraud (Checks) Required: 6+ years BSA, Banking, FRDs, System Integration Testing, SQL, Data Mapping Location: One day on-site in Raleigh every 1-2 weeks; mostly remote Duration: 12 month contract (18 month max) Type: W2 contract, paid hourly. No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions will be accepted. Only direct W-2 candidates will be considered. Pay Rate Range: W2 $55-62/hr Key Responsibilities • Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders • Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change • Conduct planning and design sessions with business and technology teams • Author and be responsible for Business Requirements Documentation, Functional Specification, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Test Planning and Test Strategy documentation • Perform system integration and user testing • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements Requirements • 8+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst, System Analyst or IT Business Analyst • 5+ years of recent experience working in the banking industry • 5+ years of experience working with financial crimes solutions and BSA/AML-Fraud processes preferred • Advanced technical skills. Ability to develop SQL scripts and perform data analysis & mapping • Experience individually performing system integration testing • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications for developers • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. • Excellent documentation skills, thorough with specs and requirements. • Fundamental analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e. g.
