Manage supply chain data, develop reports, and support process improvements using BI tools.
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field with 4-7+ years of experience, proficiency in MS-SQL, Power BI, and supply chain tools.
Title: Program Manager Tech 2 Location: Remote (must meet PST core hours) Key Responsibilities • Interface with clients on technical/project matters from initiation through delivery. • Develop functional specifications, requirements, and scope for decision-making. • Organize cross-functional activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. • Support network hardware planning (demand and supply planning). • Generate weekly demand/supply supportability reports for NW devices. • Validate data accuracy and maintain traceability of week-over-week changes. • Document processes and reports for supply chain functions. • Support KPI reporting and continuous improvement of processes and Power BI reports. • Collaborate with engineering to develop internal tools and dashboards. • Productionize Power BI insights and enable "what-if" capabilities for supply planning. Top Skills & Experience • Advanced proficiency in Excel, strong knowledge of MS-SQL, and experience with BI tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify and correct data discrepancies. • Project management skills, attention to detail, and organizational excellence. • Technical aptitude with strong verbal communication and ability to influence decisions. • Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field with 7+ years in supply planning, operations, sourcing, manufacturing, or related experience. • OR • Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field with 4+ years in similar areas. Ideal Candidate • Prior Microsoft experience is a huge plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. • Familiarity with Kusto, Power BI, and supply chain tooling.
