Key Responsibilities • Own and manage end-to-end commodity qualification processes. • Lead program management for qualification testing initiatives, including SKU design layout, hardware quantity planning, purchase tracking, and lab capacity management. • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely qualification for production and non-production requirements. • Manage qualification requests, scheduling, and prioritization across teams. • Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline pre-qualification processes. • Drive automation and process efficiency projects. • Build strong relationships with technical teams involved in hardware testing and performance analysis. • Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to track progress and status of qualifications. • Develop analytics and dashboards using tools like Power BI and ADO to measure KPIs and communicate progress. • Contribute to reducing qualification cycle time through analytical solutions. Candidate Profile • Ideal Candidate: Demonstrates all required hard skills and experience in supply chain operations, program management, cloud hardware management, and planning. Qualifications • BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Economics. • 3+ years of experience in program management, qualification testing, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.
