Job#: 3025221 Job Description: Program Coordinator 4 – Digital Direct Stores (Remote) Microsoft – Marketing & Product Management Overview Microsoft’s Digital Direct Stores team is launching a net‑new program that will introduce third‑party products into our digital storefronts, fulfilled through an external supplier. We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator 4 to help define, organize, and operationalize this new initiative. Typical Day in the Role Purpose of the Team The Digital Direct Stores product management team drives strategy, structure, and execution for Microsoft’s digital storefront experiences. This role supports the launch and ongoing management of a new program enabling third‑party product sales and fulfillment. Daily Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage a large‑scale, multi‑phase workstream supporting the new third‑party product program. • Define program structure, identify process gaps, and build operational frameworks that improve efficiency and clarity. • Track and drive progress across multiple teams, ensuring tasks are defined, timelines are met, and dependencies are unblocked. • Deliver clear, timely status updates to stakeholders across marketing, product, engineering, and operations. • Create high‑level process decks and documentation to supplement existing program materials. • Maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, and governance documentation. • Support resource planning, financial tracking, and forecasting activities. • Coordinate and occasionally lead cross‑functional meetings, forums, and working sessions. • Train and support colleagues on tools, processes, and program workflows. Key Projects • Supporting the end‑to‑end structure and execution of a new third‑party product sales program. • Identifying operational gaps and designing solutions that scale. • Building and maintaining program governance, reporting, and communication frameworks. • Driving alignment across multiple teams and ensuring program milestones are achieved. Experience Required Qualifications • 6+ years of program coordination experience OR 2+ years of project/program management experience. • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing large‑scale, multi‑phase programs. • Proven ability to build structure, define processes, and manage end‑to‑end program workflows. Education • Bachelor’s degree required. • PMP/PMI or similar certifications are a plus but not required. Technical & Professional Skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces. • Experience with project planning, tracking, and governance frameworks. • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. • Ability to remain flexible and self‑directed in a fast‑changing environment.
