5+ years program management experience, expertise in Agile/Lean/Six Sigma, strong analytical and communication skills, bachelor's degree required, PMP preferred, and familiarity with AI implementation.
Operations Program Manager (Program Manager) Contract Length: 6+ months (remote) Overview: Lead process design, standardization, and governance to enable successful AI technology implementation. Collaborate with divisional leaders, change champions, and SMEs to integrate AI capabilities into business operations, driving continuous improvement and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: • Support development and governance of the AI adoption program across business functions. • Operate within a hub-and-spoke model, partnering with analysts and change managers. • Document current state process maps and identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflow improvements. • Proactively identify and mitigate risks; develop and implement change communications. • Develop dashboards to track project progress, ROI, and operational impacts. Requirements: • 5+ years' experience in program management, business partnership, and advisory roles. • Deep expertise in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. • Strong analytical skills and experience with rapid pilot development. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Advanced degree and PMP or equivalent certification preferred. • Familiarity with AI implementation and change management is a strong advantage.
