Job#: 3014215 Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a multi-year Identity Access Management (IAM) transformation program. This role involves managing complex global initiatives across multiple workstreams, including Identity Source of Truth, application integrations, joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle processes, and entitlement reviews. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IAM implementations—preferably SailPoint—and a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs across diverse business units. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of program management for a multi-year IAM transformation initiative. • Lead and manage IAM workstreams: Identity Source of Truth, Application Integrations, Joiner/Mover/Leaver Lifecycle Management, Entitlement Review and Validation. • Collaborate with cybersecurity, HR, IT operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration of IAM capabilities. • Manage program governance, including steering committee updates, risk mitigation, and change control. • Provide consulting and delivery assurance across all phases of IAM program delivery: business case development, financial impact analysis, scoping, risk assessment, and execution. • Direct decision-making, communications, and issue resolution throughout the program lifecycle. • Mentor and guide project managers; hold teams accountable for meeting goals and objectives. • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives within the program. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with 5+ years managing complex, multi-system or multi-department projects. • Proven experience managing large-scale IAM programs, including lifecycle management and entitlement reviews. • Familiarity with IAM platforms, preferably SailPoint (Identity Security Cloud, IdentityNow, or IdentityIQ). • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Experience managing programs with budgets exceeding $5M and durations of 3+ years. • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related field (or equivalent experience). • Solid understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements related to IAM. Preferred Qualifications • PMP or PRINCE2 certification. • Experience in insurance or financial services industry. • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, NYDFS, or HIPAA as they relate to IAM.
