Job#: 2090928 Job Description: Ford Contract Hybrid Dearborn MI $60-70/HR Position Title: Front-End Developer Position Summary: This role focuses on developing and maintaining the front-end (client-side) of applications-primarily web-based, but also mobile and responsive applications. The Front-End Developer is responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: • User-Centered Design: • Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements. Advocate for user-centric software solutions with empathy and insight. • Solution Development: • Design, develop, and deliver solutions using a variety of tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies. • Architecture Alignment: • Ensure development aligns with architectural guidelines for a unified and coherent approach. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Work closely with product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions. • UI/UX Prototyping: • Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize new features. Participate in design reviews and product demos. • Testing & Quality Assurance: • Conduct functional and UI automated testing to ensure high-quality development. • Performance Optimization: • Continuously improve application performance by fixing bugs, optimizing code, and implementing new technologies. • Best Practices: • Apply programming practices including cross-browser compatibility testing, SEO principles, and accessibility standards. • UI Development: • Build user-friendly, interactive experiences using enterprise brand standards and templates.
