Job# : 3017016 Job Description : JOB TITLE : Creative Audio Data Operations Associate DURATION : 6 MONTHS LOCATION : REMOTE PAY RATE : $36 - $46 HOURLY Description : The Creative Audio Data Operations associate will be responsible for maintaining CA data dashboards to assist CA Leadership in driving strategy, performance and impact through key data insights. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and creative stakeholders. Skills and Requirements : • ?Technical Proficiency : • ?Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel for data analysis, visualization, and reporting. • ?Project Management : • ? Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects, proactively driving them from initiation to completion with minimal supervision. • ?Strong organizational skills to independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, fluid environment. • ?Proven track record of maintaining thorough documentation, tracking progress, and providing clear, detailed updates to stakeholders. • ?Communication : • ?Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; able to translate complex data into clear, digestible insights for diverse audiences. • ?Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical functions to gather requirements and align reporting with business objectives. • ? Ability to communicate and work well with designers and creatives, thriving in a team-oriented setting. • ?Attention to Detail : • ?Commitment to data quality, integrity, and accuracy in all deliverables. • ?Initiative to identify and resolve blockers, ask clarifying questions, and ensure alignment with project goals. • ?Consistently produce thorough and well-organized documentation, ensuring all project notes, updates, and communications are clear, detailed, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. • ?Music Knowledge : • ?Extensive music and sound design knowledge is a plus.
