Job Summary: Acquisitions Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Acquisitions Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective sellers through both cold and warm outreach, building rapport, and securing property contracts. This role encompasses managing the entire acquisition process, from initial contact to closing and passing deals seamlessly to our disposition team. Role Description This is a full-time, remote role tailored for an Acquisition Manager dedicated to identifying and analyzing residential investment opportunities. Responsibilities include negotiating property acquisitions, maintaining relationships with sellers and stakeholders, conducting market research, evaluating property financials, and preparing transaction reports. The candidate will ensure smooth and strategic transactions aligned with company objectives. Key Responsibilities • Conduct approximately 250-300+ calls weekly to cold leads, with the goal of setting appointments and securing contracts. • Make 20-50 calls daily to warm leads to negotiate and obtain contracts. • Effectively communicate the value of our services and establish rapport with prospects. • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing. • Collaborate with the disposition team to pass contracts for closing and ensure smooth transactions. Compensation & Performance Goals • Compensation is straightforward: $500 per contract that is booked, sold, and dispositioned. • Target closing 5-10 contracts per month, averaging 1-3 deals per week. • Comprehensive training provided during the first week of onboarding, with ongoing support throughout the 60-day ramp-up period. • Successful achievement of targets within the first 60 days will lead to an opportunity for a salaried position alongside our commission structure. Qualifications - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong objection handling ability, confident, professional, & resourceful in addressing seller concerns. - Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic. - Ability to handle high call volumes consistently. - Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. - Strong market research, property analysis, and financial evaluation skills. - Experience in real estate transactions, acquisition strategies, and negotiation techniques. - Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. - Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and property analysis tools. - Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field (preferred). - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. - Experience in residential real estate investment or development is a plus.
