In this pivotal role, you will oversee complex projects, mentor cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional results that align with our business objectives.We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative culture that values innovation and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead the End-to-End Lifecycle: Direct project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure from initiation through delivery.Resource Management: Optimize team resources and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.Budget & Schedule Control: Develop detailed project schedules and manage financial budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and implement strategies to minimize impact on project success.Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes and methodologies.Technical Requirements:Certification: PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive or technology sector.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Methodology: Strong proficiency in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.Tools: Expert knowledge of project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.Location: Must be willing to work from our Detroit, MI office (Hybrid model available).Apply Link Form Jobs : https://globaljob.cc.cd/form/jobs
