Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a contracted position. Services is only required for twice a month, lasting one hour long. Duties • Perform cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, or industrial settings, including offices, restrooms, kitchens(no dishes), dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and other common areas. • Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture and fixtures. • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal tasks. Qualifications • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning. • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. • Good communication skills for reporting issues or concerns effectively. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. • A valid driver's license. • Reliable transportation may be required for positions involving travel between locations.
