We're currently seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive Concierge to join our team and serve as the first point of contact in one of our luxury properties. What You’ll Do As a Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face and helpful resource for residents, visitors, and vendors. Your role is key in maintaining a secure, friendly, and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist residents, guests, and delivery personnel professionally and warmly Respond promptly to inquiries and requests, in person and via phone/email Maintain front desk shift logs Coordinate services such as package deliveries, and maintenance requests Manage building communications, calendar, and reservations for amenity spaces Maintain a tidy and inviting lobby area Provide local knowledge and recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and events Assist with emergency procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed Why Join Us? Requirements Required: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills Tech-savvy; comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and/or property management systems Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including evenings/weekends) Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Preferred: Experience in residential or hotel concierge roles Familiarity with Boston neighborhoods, transportation, and cultural attractions
