Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite 4x/week) Strong comm, Old LinkedIn not created recently. 1 2 Teams interviews, followed by a final in-person Must have HWE (Hardware Engineering) experience Candidates with automotive background Involves supplier management, procurement collaboration, import/export, and navigating multiple moving parts around chips (location, process, etc.) Required Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Product Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs in the automotive or technology industry. • 2+ years of experience in hardware platform development. • Proven leadership in a technical program management or NPI role within a regulated industry. • Strong understanding of structural design, load handling, and industry safety standards. • Automotive industry experience strongly preferred. • Deep knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001, environmental regulations). • Experience with supplier and vendor management in a global supply chain. • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. • Willingness to travel as needed (occasional domestic/international travel). • Must be comfortable working onsite in Mountain View, CA at least 4 days per week.
