Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong Retail domain expertise to lead product development initiatives across digital, e-commerce, and retail technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of retail operations (POS, merchandising, supply chain, omni-channel, customer experience) and proven experience working within Agile environments to deliver high-impact products aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the product backlog, user stories, and sprint priorities • Collaborate with stakeholders across merchandising, supply chain, stores, and digital teams • Translate retail business needs into clear product requirements • Work closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments • Define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with retail business goals • Drive omni-channel and customer experience initiatives • Participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives • Ensure timely delivery of features and continuous product improvement • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and retail performance metrics • Act as the bridge between business and technical teams Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years as Product Owner / Product Manager • Strong Retail domain experience (E-commerce, POS, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Inventory, Pricing, Promotions) • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps • Strong understanding of digital commerce and customer journeys • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
