Job Title: BI Analyst / BI Developer Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst / BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and translating business requirements into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders • Translate complex data into clear insights and KPIs • Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and data models • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI solutions • Work closely with data engineers and business teams • Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency • Support ad-hoc data analysis and executive reporting Required Skills & Qualifications • 4+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role • Strong hands-on experience with BI tools such as: • Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik • Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, performance tuning) • Experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, etc.) • Strong understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and metrics • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
