Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of Azure technical support experience, strong project management and troubleshooting skills, with Azure certifications as a plus.
Apeiron Sumus is looking for an AI Consultant to join our team. This person will provide technical guidance to our business and support sale and delivery of technical projects for our customers. The ideal candidate will have first-hand experience deploying AI services, a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. They will utilize their interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and provide a solution to their technical problems quickly and professionally. Responsibilities: • Act as product expert – Review and respond to all Copilot needs. Evaluate the solutions by testing its capabilities in an on-going manner. Determine and report on system capabilities and restrictions. Evaluate the customer objective and suggest alternatives and recommendations. • Provide customer support – Collaborate with other technical team members to provide exceptional customer service to the client. Work with team members to develop technical solutions based on Copilot Azure technology. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent) is required • Two years of related technical support experience in Azure • Technically savvy with strong project management skills • Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions • The ability to explain a technical solution in a non-technical format • Certifications: AZ-900, AZ-305, AZ-500 (Nice to have) This is a remote work position.
