You'll enjoy: • 🌱 Modern talent development programs • 🌍 A diverse, global work environment • 🤝 A valuesdriven culture focused on collaboration and customer excellence • 📈 Opportunities to grow, innovate, and shape digital logistics solutions • 💼 Competitive benefits and a strong peoplefirst culture At Maersk, our people define our industry leadership and customercentric mindset every day. 📌 Key Responsibilities • 🚚 Coordinate transport with multiple parties for pickups and deliveries • 🛫 Coordination of import & export air operations • 🛫 Manage bookings with airlines and consolidations • 🧾 Handle customs procedures • 📄 Prepare and manage documentation (AWB, Manifest, etc.) • 📢 Post or accept prealerts • 💰 Manage operational finance (customer invoicing, supplier invoices, file closing) • 💻 Update systems (Cargowise One) • 🤝 Maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders to manage all steps of an AIR shipment 🎯 What We're Looking For • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role • Strong knowledge of airfreight operations • Excellent communication skills • Solid stakeholder management abilities • A strong sense of urgency and commitment to highquality delivery • A customercentric mindset and passion for creating excellent experiences • Language skills: Spanish & English required; Portuguese highly valued • A proactive, organized, and solutionoriented approach #LI-GAUG1 We look forward to receiving your application in English!
