Job Summary We are hiring a remote Senior UX Designer to elevate the strategic design and user experience across our digital ecosystem. This is a growth-focused UX leadership role embedded within Marketing. The Senior UX Designer will report directly to the VP, E-Commerce, and will own and optimize the UX across landing pages, website experiences, onboarding flows, retention journeys, acquisition funnels, and lifecycle touchpoints. This is not a purely aesthetic design role. This is a conversion-driven, data-informed, revenue-aligned UX leadership position. Key Responsibilities Conversion & Growth-Focused UX * Design and optimize high-converting landing pages and product flows * Improve acquisition funnels and reduce drop-off points * Translate positioning and messaging strategy into intuitive user journeys * Improve onboarding clarity and lifecycle engagement experiences * Partner with marketing to increase revenue, lead conversion, and retention metrics Research & Validation * Conduct UX research and behavioral analysis before launching new experiences * Validate hypotheses through experimentation and testing * Use analytics platforms (GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, A/B testing tools) to measure performance * Continuously iterate based on real user behavior and conversion data Product & Marketing Collaboration * Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams * Translate growth objectives into UX architecture and visual execution * Present findings, performance insights, and UX recommendations to leadership * Align UX decisions with sprint cycles and campaign launches Execution & Craft * Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma * Maintain accessibility and usability best practices * Ensure design clarity across web, mobile, and lifecycle experiences * Drive visual consistency and reduce friction across the digital ecosystem Qualifications Required * 5–8+ years of progressive UX experience, including significant experience in SaaS product design * Proven experience designing enterprise or healthcare SaaS platforms with complex workflows * Experience shaping customer-facing web experiences (onboarding, acquisition, retention) * Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow architecture and measurable UX impact * Expert proficiency in Figma (preferred) or equivalent tools * Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and UX research methods * Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams (APIs, front-end frameworks, etc.) * Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, or similar Preferred * Experience in telehealth, digital health, or subscription-based platforms * Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (GA4, Hotjar, A/B testing) * Demonstrated success building or scaling design systems * Experience balancing enterprise product UX with growth-oriented digital experiences Benefits * Competitive salary based on experience ($140,000-$160,000 USD) * Remote-friendly environment * High-growth, mission-driven culture * Direct collaboration with executive leadership * Opportunity to shape the future of integrated digital healthcare\ Equal Opportunity Employer Brello celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
