The Product Manager will oversee the requirements, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of software products to support Aon’s business goals, collaborating with global stakeholders to identify needs and deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities • Define and articulate a clear product requirements, vision and strategy aligned with Aon’s strategic goals and operational requirements • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML and data technologies • Partner with business leaders, IT, and end-users to understand internal needs and translate them into product requirements • Work using Agile methodologies and be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases • Use data insights and metrics to prioritize features, measure impact, and continuously improve products • Ensure all software solutions adhere to Aon’s data protection, security, and compliance standards Skills • 5+ years of product management experience as an Individual Contributor, preferably in a global organization, with at least 3 years focused on data platforms, ML infrastructure, or related fields • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML and data technologies • Partner with business leaders, IT, and end-users to understand internal needs and translate them into product requirements • Work using Agile methodologies and be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases • Use data insights and metrics to prioritize features, measure impact, and continuously improve products • Ensure all software solutions adhere to Aon's data protection, security, and compliance standards • Familiarity with FinTech/Insurtech, cloud computing, insurance, or financial services operations is desirable • Experience working with Agile Methodologies and with software tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence • Create Epics, Stories, features and support System/User Testing as part of Aon's SDLC process • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including in a distributed or remote setting • Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and get results • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, Computer Science, or an equivalent • Familiarity with workflow, automation and machine learning preferred • MBA or advanced degree is a plus Benefits • 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions • Employee stock purchase plan • Consideration for long-term incentive awards at Aon’s discretion • Medical, dental and vision insurance • Various types of leaves of absence • Paid time off, including 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year • 15 days of paid vacation per year • Paid sick leave as provided under state and local paid sick leave laws • Short-term disability and optional long-term disability • Health savings account • Health care and dependent care reimbursement accounts • Employee and dependent life insurance and supplemental life and AD&D insurance • Optional personal insurance policies • Adoption assistance • Tuition assistance • Commuter benefits • Employee assistance program that includes free counseling sessions Company Overview • Aon is a global provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human resources solutions, and outsourcing services.
