Broking Analyst. This is a remote position As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health Solutions U.S. Broking practice at Aon. As a Broking Analyst, you will report directly to the Operations Manager The Aon Health Solutions U.S. Broking team is dedicated to supporting the business through the centralization of transactions including requests for proposal (RFPs) and renewals related to coverages including Medical, Stop Loss, Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, and COBRA administration. This team works closely with carriers and local client teams to drive client value and thought leadership through a more focused and efficient broking model. The Health Solutions Broking Analyst will support Aon's broking delivery under the Health Solutions U.S. Broking practice. Liaises closely with local client teams, carriers, and broking center colleagues to drive positive client outcomes for requests for proposal (RFPs) and renewals. What The Day Will Look Like • Leads Comprehensive Disclosure Statements (CDS) process to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness • Performs peer reviews to validate that the National Additional Commissions (NAC) on the Comprehensive Disclosure Statements (CDS) adhere to terms of carrier and client eligibility • Inputs data into proprietary tools with quality accuracy and timeliness • Reviews documentation and internal technological systems to ensure that the U.S. Broking team has all information needed to complete RFPs • Owns ongoing communications through various means with key internal and external stakeholders • Initiates intake process and systematically tracks projects, team assignments, and documentation • Schedules calls with local client team and U.S. Broking team • Reviews plan design details for accuracy for benchmarking and carrier reporting • Assisting leadership with special projects as needed; including training/coordinating training for new hires, various short-term projects, and picking up additional responsibilities for clients that can only be serviced by US resources. Pay Transparency Laws The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $58,000 to $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
