AO Globe Life is expanding its fully remote team and seeking experienced, people-focused professionals who want to bring their leadership mindset and client service experience into a mission-driven organization. This opportunity is well suited for individuals with backgrounds in management, operations, client service, consulting, or team leadership who are looking for the flexibility of working remotely while continuing to grow professionally. In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You will schedule virtual consultations, guide clients through available options, and support them throughout the enrollment process while contributing to a collaborative and growth-focused team environment. Our organization provides structured training, mentorship, and a supportive system designed to help professionals succeed in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom • Guide individuals and families through available benefit options • Support clients through the enrollment process and follow-up communication • Maintain accurate and organized digital client records • Provide professional, client-focused support throughout the client experience • Participate in mentorship programs, team development sessions, and training calls • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support team performance Qualifications Successful candidates typically demonstrate: • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Experience in leadership, client service, consulting, or operations roles • High levels of organization and accountability in a remote work environment • Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital collaboration tools • A service-focused mindset and desire to help others Experience in customer service, consulting, leadership, operations, or client management is helpful but not required.
