Responsibilities Conduct virtual benefit consultations via Zoom with clients nationwide. Assess client needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions. Clearly explain benefits and address client questions. Assist clients through the application process and provide follow-up support. Participate in team calls, training sessions, and ongoing professional development. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and achieve collective success.
