In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families across the U.S. to help them understand and access important benefit programs. We provide full training, mentorship, and pre-scheduled client appointments—no cold calling or door-to-door sales required. Responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom. Explain benefit options clearly and guide clients through enrollment. Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed. Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships. Participate in regular training and development sessions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. Confident using digital tools and virtual meeting platforms. Authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based computer with webcam access.
