As a Remote Client Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is delivering an exceptional client experience by guiding individuals and families through essential benefit programs with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. This is not a cold-calling sales role. You will meet with pre-scheduled clients who have requested information, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and confident in their decisions.
