Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required, and fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
About the role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our solar sourcing team. This role will focus on supporting supplier management and procurement operations by handling data entry, document updates, and tracking activities. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist with adding new modules to the platform, ensuring all relevant data and documentation are correctly entered and maintained. Update inventory records promptly to reflect latest product availability. Assist in recording vendor quotes accurately for future reference. Identify, categorize, and properly store technical reports, certificates, financial documents, and other module or supplier related documentation. Regularly review and validate data across both the platform and Retool to ensure information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Monitor changes in product pricing on the platform and promptly coordinate with suppliers to confirm and update pricing details as needed. Cross-Team Support – Product Team Assist the Product team by collecting, consolidating, and organizing documents and data to support their needs. Cross-Team Support – Logistics Team Assist the Logistics team by locating and providing necessary supplier documents. Provide assistance with additional administrative or operational tasks as required. While no one individual will possess them all, the successful candidate will bring many of the following experiences, skills, and attributes: Ability to speak fluently in Mandarin/English (Mandarin is preferred but not required) Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred).
