This is a direct customer facing role and the person will be actively involved in end-to-end sales process from lead generation to pipeline management through deal execution. The candidate is expected to monetize existing relationships as well as develop new ones. The person in this role will work very closely with the rest of the global sales and trading teams in contributing to the achievement of the business objectives in Europe & America with a global lens towards our clients. Role Type: Permanent, Full TimeWhat will your day look like? Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Drive franchise revenue growth, working with global Trading, Capital Markets and Research to identify and effectively cross-sell all our products. Work closely with Relationship Management and Trading to ensure comprehensive understanding and management of the client portfolio including smooth onboarding and identifying opportunities with existing accounts. Work closely with eFICC team in designing, developing, reviewing and implementing models in response to customer needs and proactively identifying opportunities. Pick up client requests for prices or research, communicating prices to clients and dealing, attending client meeting / events. Support the delivery of key sales aspects of the Markets strategy and international strategy relating to Investor Sales. Work with Enablement partners in Risk and Credit to better understand and identify risks within the client portfolio and how to mitigate those risks. Implement and monitor identified front office control checks and deal processes to limit transactional processing risk issues and prevent operational risk errors. Ensure alignment and adherence with Markets dealing and distribution mandates, suitability frameworks, governance and conduct policies, processes and standards. Ensure alignment and adherence with external regulatory requirements. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will bring the following: Strong Markets Sales background and extensive knowledge of the relevant markets. Significant sales experience with Investor clients, specifically with Fixed Income and Rates products. Experience with working in a global team across multiple geographies and time zones is required. Extensive knowledge of Markets products, processes and regulatory framework for countries that ANZ operates in, specifically with Fixed Income and Rates products. Strong customer focus and ability to develop strong relationships. Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and negotiating with clients and stakeholders at all seniority levels. Familiar with dealing platforms such as Tradeweb, Marketwire, Bloomberg etc. Familiar with Banks’s systems for Credit check and Customer Suitability an advantage.
