Director, Partnership Business Development About Anywhere Leads Anywhere Leads is a lead generation group within the Anywhere organization. The Anywhere Leads Network is home to some of the most well-known brands in the nation, including over 500 brokers across the Coldwell Banker®, Century 21®, ERA®, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate®, Corcoran®, and Sotheby’s International Realty® brands. Role Overview We are seeking a Director, Partnership Business Development, to play a pivotal role in driving growth and success across Anywhere Leads. This role will report to the Senior Director, Partnership Growth and is responsible for business development across Anywhere Leads. This team is dedicated to building strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional home buying and selling experiences directly to consumers. In this critical role, you will identify, cultivate, and secure new partnership accounts for the Anywhere Leads Network, generating high-quality real estate consumer leads for our network members across Franchise Brands and company-owned brokerages. We’re seeking a passionate, experienced business development professional who is ready to make an impact and play a key role in accelerating company growth. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise partnerships to drive real estate transactions to Anywhere Leads’ award-winning network. Focus areas include mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers, institutional real estate investors, and PropTech and FinTech companies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through actionable, strategic plans designed to generate growth and increase revenue. Consistently exceed sales targets by securing high-value partnerships committed to program engagement, marketing, and sustained growth. Lead negotiations and close complex deals with diverse business models and go-to-market strategies, directly contributing to revenue goals. Collaborate with account management, product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless program launches that maximize impact. Deliver polished, executive-level presentations and materials to drive client engagement and decision-making. Provide clear, strategic updates to internal leadership on pipeline progress and business development initiatives, engaging leadership and other teams for support when necessary. Qualifications 10+ years of mortgage, real estate or relocation sales experience required. Proven ability to build effective sales strategies and consistently exceed targets in competitive, self-driven environments. Skilled in identifying, negotiating, and executing large-scale, complex deals. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Strong time management and a results-driven mindset, taking full ownership of outcomes. Experience working with financial service institutions is a plus. Demonstrated success in achieving goals with minimal supervision.
