Position Title: Director of Strategic Partnerships - Education Department: Education Alliances Classification: Staff, Full-Time, Exempt Reports to: VCA, Strategic Initiatives and Extension Sites Location: Remote from anywhere in the continental US, with the ability to travel to campuses and other locations. Compensation: Antioch University offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes both direct and indirect pay. The compensation will be based on experience, education, knowledge, credentials, and a consideration of the difficulty and complexity of the position. The salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $60,000.00. Position Summary The Director of Strategic Partnerships - Education is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive multi-tiered strategic partnerships with Education organizations and program appropriate Non-Profit Organizations which result in the generation of high converting inquiries, attend and applications contributing to high converting Undergraduate, Graduate and Doctoral enrollment pipeline and net revenue. The DSP is also responsible for the overall development and management of Professional Development Partnerships which create additional revenue stream as well as provide pathways for new partners and new Undergraduate and Graduate enrollment pipelines, and creating value added opportunities, mutually beneficial market activation programs and increased partnership net revenue. The DSP also works in tandem with key leadership and functions as the liaison between Project Manager, all internal interdepartmental operations and external key stakeholders to ensure partnership success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Research, prospect and establish leads for new organizational relationships followed by an introductory needs analysis/discovery meeting utilizing a consultative approach. • Prepare and present proposals to internal and external decision makers validating the viability of an alliance, partnership or memo of understanding. • Work closely with AVC, Strategic Partnerships, Provost, Academic Leadership, Marketing Leadership & key stakeholders to achieve Institutional enrollment and outreach goals. • Work closely with assigned enrollment, marketing, and financial aid staff to ensure contractual fulfillment with an emphasis towards maximizing cross promotional and enrollment opportunities is achieved. • Generate a pre-determined level of inquiries, applications and enrollment for Antioch University via Schools, Colleges and Universities, Military and Non-Profit Organizations with special attention to enrollment management strategy and net revenue outcomes. • Manage expense budgets related to the implementation and execution of organizational partnership agreements. • Maintain Monthly Dashboard Input and Bi-Weekly Outreach and Partnership Projection Reports. • Follow standard operating procedures and utilize all standardized templates and resources available for any signed agreements. • Work closely with all key stakeholders and other departments within the organization on partner related initiatives. Ensure a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual communication strategy to all internal and external key stakeholders is being employed. • Other duties as assigned. Experience and Qualifications Knowledge, Skill and Ability • Minimum of 2 or more years of professional partnership outreach and negotiation experience. • Self-motivated team player with a proven ability to work with aggressive individual and team goals. • Superior knowledge regarding the practices and principles related to the negotiation and implementation of organizational partnership. • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with external clients and co-workers. • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. • Solutions oriented, problem solving mentality a must. • Must be creative, detail oriented, possess a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and have a burning desire to succeed. • Possess superior negotiation skills coupled with a net profit bottom line mentality. • Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as required. Education and Formal Training: • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Previous experience with Microsoft CRM, Market Research a plus. • Degree in communication/management/marketing or related field preferred Hours of Employment This is a full-time position serving a national university. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor.
