Job Title: Executive Recruiter (Aerospace + Defense) Location: • Hybrid Schedule in Greater Hartford, CT • Remote is OK for the right candidate Compensation & Perks: • Base Salary: Up to $85K • Uncapped Commission Plan: 25%–55% (based on production model) • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision | 401(k) | Performance-based incentives, contests, and producer trips | Access to elite recruiter training and mentorship Overview (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): A nationally recognized, award-winning executive search and staffing firm is expanding its team and hiring experienced 360 Executive Search Professionals (Responsible for both Sales and Recruiting) to expand their direct placement business in the Aerospace + Defense sector. What You’ll Do: • Drive outbound sales and business development to generate new search engagements • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and hiring leaders • Source, assess, and submit high-quality candidates for executive-level placements • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer • Develop expertise within a specific vertical and own your niche MUST HAVE: • Currently working as a 360 Search Professional (doing both sales + recruiting) at search firm or staffing firm with a search division. • Currently placing talent on a direct hire basis for companies in the Aerospace + Defense industry • Currently placing professional skillsets (i.e. Operations + Supply Chain, Program Managers, Business Development and Sales, HR and Administrative, Technology, Accounting + Finance, Legal , Etc.)
