Marketing Manager We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate AnswerLab’s brand, expand our market presence, and fuel our growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content strategy, storytelling and event execution. You’ll partner across the organization to turn our expertise into compelling content, flagship thought leadership, and high-impact events that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This role serves as the connective tissue between marketing strategy, content creation, campaigns, and event execution—ensuring consistency, quality, and measurable business impact across everything we bring to market. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Development Own and manage AnswerLab’s editorial calendar, ensuring alignment to business priorities, campaign themes, and key industry moments. Lead the creation of high-impact content including blogs, case studies, reports, email campaigns, social content, and sales enablement materials. Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex insights into clear, accessible stories that differentiate AnswerLab. Produce and package flagship thought leadership campaigns that elevate our brand authority. Work with SEO/LLM partners and tools to optimize for discoverability and performance. Establish content workflows and playbooks that improve quality, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration. Provide ongoing reporting on content performance and impact across the funnel. Events (Digital & In-Person) Lead the planning and execution of AnswerLab webinars, executive events, conference presence, and sponsored partner events. Collaborate with our PR partners to secure speaking opportunities, panel placements, awards, and industry visibility moments. Develop end-to-end events from identification of target events, to promotion through post-event follow-up and measurement. Ensure all events ladder into broader brand strategy, content themes, and revenue goals. Measure event ROI and continuously refine event strategy for maximum brand and demand impact. Social Media & Community Building Own AnswerLab’s social media strategy and presence across LinkedIn and Instagram, with selective expansion to YouTube or other channels as needed. Translate content, events, and research insights into high-performing social posts and multi-format content. Track performance and optimize based on analytics and benchmarks. Marketing Operations & Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure alignment between content, campaigns, and revenue-generation priorities. Use HubSpot and other martech tools to launch campaigns, track engagement, manage workflows, and maintain clean data. Maintain AnswerLab’s digital asset library, brand resources, and collateral to ensure consistency and usability. Serve as the bridge between strategy and execution, connecting content, campaigns, events, and analytics into a cohesive marketing engine. Pilot and leverage new AI-driven content and marketing tools to accelerate efficiency and creativity. Support the development of standardized processes and reporting to help scale the marketing function. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We know great candidates come from a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate brings many of the following: 6-8 years of marketing experience in B2B, consulting, professional services, or tech environments. Proven ability to create compelling content across multiple formats. Experience planning, managing, and executing events and webinars. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical insights into market-ready narratives. Familiarity with SEO/LLM optimization, content measurement, and analytics. Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), social publishing, and reporting tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects with competing timelines. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Ideal candidate: Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Proactive, idea-generator who thrives on curiosity and is comfortable working in a fast-evolving space (AI, emerging tech, UX, strategy).
