Overview Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Senior Trainer to support the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization initiative. In this role, you will design and deliver high‑quality training solutions that support system adoption and workforce readiness across VFMP programs. The Senior Trainer plays a key role in translating complex functionality into effective learning experiences, partnering with VA stakeholders within a complex federal healthcare modernization environment. Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own. Responsibilities: Develop training strategies aligned with VFMP workflows, user groups, and technical needs. Create detailed curriculum, job aids, scripts, and performance support materials. Deliver virtual and inperson training sessions with exceptional clarity and professionalism. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Work proactively with system owners to anticipate training needs as functionality evolves.
