Overview Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization initiative. In this role, you will lead business requirements development and collaborate closely with VA stakeholders and technical teams to ensure program needs are clearly defined and translated into actionable solutions. The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving clarity, supporting user acceptance activities, and enabling successful delivery within a complex federal healthcare modernization environment. Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own. Responsibilities: Conduct requirements analysis with exceptional attention to detail. Facilitate discussions with VA business owners and technical teams. Prepare process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support User acceptance testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect triage. Provide proactive recommendations to improve system usability and business processes.
