Full Description

Overview Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization initiative. In this role, you will provide senior‑level oversight of a complex, multi‑workstream federal program supporting VA‑administered benefits programs such as CHAMPVA, Camp Lejeune, Spina Bifida, CWVV, and the Foreign Medical Program. The Program Manager is responsible for driving strategic alignment with VA priorities, managing program‑level risk, and ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement within a highly regulated federal environment. Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own. Responsibilities: Lead program integration across scope, schedule, budget, and risk, maintaining meticulous structure and documentation. Serve as the primary liaison to the VHA VFMP executive team, ensuring consistent communication and trusted client relationships. Drive proactive decision making, identifying issues early and implementing mitigation strategies. Oversee performance of project teams and ensure contract compliance. Facilitate governance, reporting, and executive level presentations. Qualifications: Master’s degree PMP certification 10+ years managing complex federal program portfolios Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely All candidates must be able to: Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist Lift up to 20 lbs Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance Push/pull with 30 lbs of force All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
