Overview Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization initiative. In this role, you will provide senior‑level oversight of a complex, multi‑workstream federal program supporting VA‑administered benefits programs such as CHAMPVA, Camp Lejeune, Spina Bifida, CWVV, and the Foreign Medical Program. The Program Manager is responsible for driving strategic alignment with VA priorities, managing program‑level risk, and ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement within a highly regulated federal environment. Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own. Responsibilities: Lead program integration across scope, schedule, budget, and risk, maintaining meticulous structure and documentation. Serve as the primary liaison to the VHA VFMP executive team, ensuring consistent communication and trusted client relationships. Drive proactive decision making, identifying issues early and implementing mitigation strategies. Oversee performance of project teams and ensure contract compliance. Facilitate governance, reporting, and executive level presentations.
