Ansell is looking for a Regional Sales Account Manger EMS, Fire & Rescue, Gov to join our team in Texas! • Full territory is TX, KS, MO, OK, AR, LA, NM, MS, CO; ideal candidate will reside in the greater Houston or Dallas-Fort Worth area! We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the base of business and driving growth by targeting new business opportunities within the EMS, Fire, and Rescue sectors, while building strong relationships with distributors and directly with end users. Ideal candidate would have a clinical background such as EMT, Paramedic, or HAZMAT, First Responder, or Gov with sales experience! Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 base salary + lucrative sales incentive plan Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. What will you bring to Ansell? • Proven experience in sales, to EMS professionals (pre-hospital market), fire operations, hazmat, rescue dive teams (other GOV verticals is helpful), knowledge of and/or experience working with public safety and distribution partners; clinical background such as EMT, Paramedic, or HAZMAT, First Responder, Gov, fire and rescue industries a plus!! • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to manage distributor relationships. • Proficiency in CRM systems (SFDC preferred) and pipeline management. • Ability to travel within the assigned territory, up to 50%. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Maximize face-to-face time with qualified leads across your geographic territory, leveraging distributor sales representatives to gain additional business. • Provide training and support to distributor sales teams, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Build strong relationships with distributor sales managers and representatives to secure their support in promoting and leading with Ansell products. • Develop and implement a strategic business plan aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the business unit. Coordinate efforts to achieve growth targets by product and market, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals. • Use SFDC/CRM and other available tools to develop and maintain a qualified list of business opportunities within the EMS, fire, and rescue industries. Manage the pipeline to ensure continuous progress toward goal achievement. • Maintain accurate customer data within SFDC/CRM to streamline account management, pipeline development, and forecasting efforts. Ensure data accuracy for efficient sales operations. • Develop a deep understanding of the consultative sales process and product training materials. Use this knowledge to effectively meet growth objectives and enhance customer relationships. • Prepare regular sales reports that demonstrate a sufficient pipeline of opportunities and track the dollar value of closed business. Ensure that your sales performance aligns with growth expectations. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure competitive intelligence is current and that we remain ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.
