Role Description This is a flexible full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Assistant, located in Katonah, NY. The Real Estate Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing client communications, coordinating schedules, overseeing property listings and marketing efforts, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining organized records, preparing documents, and offering general support for real estate transactions. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members • A Proficiency in Real Estate processes and practices is a huge plus • Excellent Administrative Assistance and Organization skills to manage schedules, documentation, and operational tasks • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate-specific software is a plus • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Personal Profile • Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, responsible and hard-working • Agreeable to learning and 'doing more' - social media and Ai work - training can be provided
